Our management team has a combined experience of over 85 years in the Property Management and Real Estate Industry. Our years of industry specific experience and wide array of processes and procedures allow our owners, tenants and clients know they are being well looked after.
Ginger has been in the Real Estate industry since 1987 and as a licensed Broker and Certified Property Management (CPM) has managed thousands of units in her years of service to property owners.
She holds memberships in the following organizations: National Association of Realtors -achieving the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation); Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) achieving the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation; Certified Commercial Investment Member earning the CCIM designation, and the Community Association Institute earning the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. In addition, Ginger has achieved the Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation to ensure Paramount Realty & Management as a company achieves success in all areas of Real Estate Brokerage.
Joey Carona is a seasoned veteran in the community association management industry and is the Executive Chairman of Goodwin & Company, based in Austin, Texas. Before Goodwin, Joey was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Associa, the global leader in community management. While there, he helped oversee the firm’s core management business, sales and marketing efforts, mergers and acquisitions-driven expansion, various ancillary business lines, information technology teams, maintenance divisions, and 501(c)(3) charitable efforts.
Joey studied at Baylor University, where he earned a degree in International Studies, before continuing to receive his MBA from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Waco, Texas, with his wife and four children. As a family, they are actively involved in the local community and are proud supporters of Baylor Athletics. Joey currently sits on the Board of Trustees for his children’s school, Live Oak Classical, and the Board of Advocates for the School of Engineering and Computer Science at Baylor.
As President of the Waco-based Paramount Realty & Management, Joey hopes to bring to Central Texas to the same high standard of service, knowledge, and professionalism he and the companies he has helped lead are known for. Central Texas is a rapidly growing region and deserves access to the best community and property management solutions available in the industry today.
Alison is a 2008 Graduate of Baylor University. She is a licensed Realtor and Partner at Paramount Realty & Management. She is an accomplished Manager offering 15 years of professional experience with the last ten years focused on HOA and multi-family unit management.
As Vice-President of Property Management, Alison delivers and streamlines resource management and excellent customer service. Alison assists various types of real estate clients with their property management needs and is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder and thought leader. In addition to her numerous property management duties, Alison assists buyers and sellers with their residential purchasing and selling needs.
As a licensed REALTOR® with the National Association of Realtors and the top-performing sales agent at Paramount Realty & Management since 2015, Brian Townley brings exceptional expertise to the real estate industry. He holds several certifications, including GRI, SRS, PSA, and ABR®, and is a proud Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) member.
In 2024, Brian served on the Board of Directors for the Waco Association of Realtors, further showcasing his commitment to the profession. In 2024, he assisted 20 clients, achieving over $10 million in sales, which ranks him in the top 3% of real estate agents in Waco based on sales volume for the year.
Before beginning his real estate career, Brian spent 26 years in the banking industry at National United, where he served as Senior Vice President. This experience gave him a strong financial foundation that enhanced his work in real estate. Brian is also dedicated to philanthropy and community building initiatives, receiving numerous local accolades for his contributions. He is committed to delivering outstanding service to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Jackie has over 15 years of Real Estate experience in Residential and Commercial investment property management. She served as President of the Heart of Texas Apartment Association and acclaimed Manager of the Year in 2022. Jackie has earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Institute and is an and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional. Jackie also serves on the City of Waco Mayor Committee for Real Estate and Development. As Vice President of Residential Management, Jackie also works closely with the Waco Housing Authority as Paramount’s Section 8 Coordinator.
Alissa is a licensed Real Estate agent who has worked with Paramount for several years, using her expertise in lease coordinating and accounting background. In addition to assisting residents with their monthly payments and processing, Alissa is responsible for Paramount Realty & Management’s Accounts Payable and Receivable Department.
Dusti joined Paramount Realty & Management and has brought her organizational skills and experience to oversee Paramount’s maintenance department and focus on our resident relationships.
Rochelle brings twelve years of extensive experience in property management, with a strong track record in overseeing diverse residential properties and Homeowner’s Associations. In 2025, she further advanced her career by becoming a licensed REALTOR®, allowing her to assist clients more effectively in the real estate market.
Her commitment to personalized service ensures that property owners and residents feel supported and well-informed. As a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas, Rochelle is prepared to guide you through the home-buying journey, whether you are a first-time buyer or seeking to invest in additional properties. With her in-depth understanding of the local market and dedication to client satisfaction, Rochelle is ready to help you find your ideal home or manage your property with expertise and care.
Sandra has an extensive management and sales experience background. Beginning her career in the early 90’s at Campus Realtors, she gained a vast knowledge of condominium and investment property sales, leasing and purchasing.
She later formed her own company, Why USA and later joined the local ReMax team, broadening her experience and expertise in assisting buyers and seller in the residential market. Later, Sandra moved to College Station where she was a partner in a property management company serving multi-family owners and HOA members alike. After moving back to Waco, Sandra joined Paramount Realty & Management’s referral team and is actively referring clients to our agents while having a second career as an Insurance Broker.
